In 2023 we supported a successful eCommerce store owner to start driving more revenue from email marketing. We completed their Klaviyo set up, and implemented their first welcome flow, with all strategy, copy, design and setup completed by Oh My Digital.

Their Challenge:

This client already had a validated product with lots of happy customers, but was largely reliant on social media to drive all their sales. We never recommend using social media as your sole sales channel, as it’s extremely risky to not own your audience, and allow your reach (and ultimately sales figures) at the whim of the algorithms.

Our Solution:

The client’s current situation made email marketing the perfect addition to their existing strategy. They now have an owned media channel and access to first-party data. This is a must when social media accounts can be lost at any time, and social media and ad platforms are subject to so many changes outside of our control.

We introduced this client to email marketing with our:

  • Klaviyo Set Up Package
  • Klaviyo Basic Flows (Pop Up Form and Welcome Series for New Subscribers)
