For once of projects, we take a 50% deposit to book in your start date, and 50% on finalisation. Ongoing work is invoiced in fortnightly payments. We'll outline your exact payment terms on your proposal when you get started with us.

We have flexible contract terms because not everyone is ready to get married on the first date. We start with a 3-month commitment for our ongoing packages, but after that period we continue on a month-by-month basis. We review your allocated hours every 3 months to ensure it still suits your needs. For ongoing projects, we'll work together month-to-month, and we just require 30 days notice if you ever need to cancel. If you need to upgrade or downgrade your package, we'll always do our best to work with you and tailor something that suits.

Our standard terms only require a 30 days notice period for monthly clients to cancel or change their package, so if you need to upgrade or downgrade, we’ll work with you and be as flexible as we can.

That’s okay, that’s why we’re here! We’ll discuss your goals in our initial free 30 minute chat, and then we’ll put together a plan of attack with you.

Every month, we share results that you’ll actually understand and use. Our reports come in two forms: a clear, actionable PDF summary plus a 5-minute video walkthrough from our team.

And if you're running ads, we'll touch base regularly so you’ll always know exactly how your marketing moves are paying off.

Boy do we, just check out our Google reviews right here to see all of the amazing feedback we’ve gotten so far! Want more specific examples? Just holla.

Have you ever been lying in your bed late at night, scrolling through Pinterest for some inspo and thought, “I wonder if I can use Pinterest for my business?”. Well, look no further, because we have all the answers to your questions on how to use Pinterest to grow your business right here!

There have been many tests done to see if social media scheduling tools affect reach, and all have very different results. However, from our tests alone, we can conclusively say that no, using a scheduling tool does not affect reach. If anything, it just free’s up a hell of a lot of your time and saves a lot of stress!

We use the tool Later, because it schedules Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram feed & stories, which we LOVE. It can be a little buggy but aren’t they all.
