The incredible Kit from Rainbow Space Unicorn reached out late last year when she was keen to start taking advantage of email marketing for her established-and-totally-epic eCommerce accessory store.
Fun fact, when we test our enquiry process, Hayley always types in her company as ‘rainbow unicorn emporium’, so we almost missed Kit’s message at first! As soon as we realised, we were screaming internally with excitement. Dream client alert!
The Challenge:
Kit was originally using Mailchimp, and after assessing her business needs, we decided that moving over to Klaviyo and establishing an opt-in strategy, core email segments and automated flows would be the best place to start getting her results.
Our Solution:
We got to work on our Klaviyo Flow SetUp Package which included:
🌈 Setting up a new Klaviyo account, and moving the existing email subscribers over from Mailchimp.
🌈 Integrating with Shopify and creating our must-have email segments, allowing us to send the perfect message at the right stage in a customer’s journey.
🌈 Developed an opt-in strategy and implemented a pop-up form on the website to grow subscribers.
🌈 Created auto-generating unique discount codes to prevent misuse.
🌈 Implemented an engaging welcome, abandoned cart and welcome flow to drive sales on autopilot.
