Step 1: Decide you’re ready

We’ve built our business on a lot of word-of-mouth too, so we get it. 

Getting work referred to you is a huge compliment to the quality of your service, but as you grow, it’s not a reliable source of leads.

If you want more consistent revenue, more work to grow your team and less hustling to make every sale happen, you need a system to drive quality leads without your constant input.

Step 2: Adjust your Mindset

Now that you know what you want, you’ll have the motivation to start making changes. 

Driving leads from dream clients in your sleep won’t happen overnight (I know, bummer), but once you put the initial work in, you’ll get to sit back and reap the rewards!

If you don’t change up your strategy, you’ll be stuck on the word-of-mouth rollercoaster forever. Eek!

The ‘F’ word gets thrown around a lot in our industry (funnel, that is) — but what does it really mean?
